I am looking for any information on Charles Fruen/Fruean, who is my g.g.g grandfather born about 1810 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA.

According to family folklore, Charles and his two brothers (names ??) were professional shipwrights and whalers in their time. They traveled to South America and the South Pacific and ended up in Samoa, South Pacific, about the 1830s. Charles remained in Samoa while the two brothers returned back to sea, their whereabouts are unknown.

Appreciate any information regarding this family and also the names of his parents and siblings.

Alfred Afele Fruean, son of Charles Fruean of Boston, Massachussetts and Meleane Pouoomasiu Lealiitasi Suapaia of Vaiana, Lefaga, Upolu,Samoa, is my great great grandfather(1852-1918). I descend from his marriage to Siaunu'ua Solovi and their daughter Kary Kale Fruean.

Julius Schwencke is my great great grandfather, and I am just one descendant out of many.

Julius was born 8 Oct, 1830 in Hannover, Germany and died 12 Jan 1887 in Apia, Upolu, Samoa. I descend from his marriage to Peleise Gagae/Nanai Se'e, through their first born son Charles(1863-1918).

His father was Carl/Karl Schwencke born 7 Mar 1797 in Hamburg, Germany and died 7 Jan 1870, Vienna, Austria.

I am searching for Julius's mother. She is the missing link in my research. I would appreciate any information about her.

Also would love to hear from other descendants or relatives of Julius Schwencke. Please feel free to leave a message.

Elizabeth married my extended family member, Arthur Oscar Schwencke on 19 Sep 1909 in Kings County, New York, USA. So far I don't have record of any children born to this couple.

I am looking to learn more about Elizabeth and who her parents were, also any siblings and so forth.

So far the information I have on Elizabeth, is that she was born abt 1882 in Nova Scotia, Canada and died 4 May 1915 in Brooklyn, Kings, New York, USA.

Looking for any information on Frederick George Stockley and his wife Kate Evelyne Grace Carseldine of New Zealand.

I believe Frederick was born in New Zealand and Kate was born in Queensland, Australia.

Update 20 Dec 2009: Thanks to Allycat...I found alot of useful information about the Carseldine family of Queensland through the Queensland Historical Records. Also found some useful info on the Stockleys in NZ Historical Records. This information led to other findings and I was able to trace both families back to the 1700s. For so many years, this line was difficult for my family to trace, but thanks to Allycat she pointed me in the right direction.

Now I'm searching for any information on Frederick and Kate's children. I have a connection through their daughter, Lynette, who married my uncle Eric Wesche. They lived in Helensville, NZ and are both deceased. Just want to know about Lynette's siblings. I was told that she had a twin brother...don't know his name. I was told she also had other brothers and sisters.

Looking for parents and siblings of Henrietta Hope. Born 1828 Capetown,South Africa. Married Thomas Penn of Worcestershire, England. Together they left England and arrived New Zealand in 1881. Lived in Taranaki, New Zealand for the rest of their lives. Together they had 9 children.

Want to find Henrietta's parents and siblings...appreciate any help!
