In my searching of families-ive come upon some very interesting info.It seems that I have KNIGHT on both sides.IF CORRECT.
My gram-Hattie Belle French-4/1891 her-dad-Nelson W.French 1/1863-
Lydia E.Styles her mom-1868.However in my digging deeper ive found his #2 wife-stating HE a widow-he married Viola A.Knight -servant-
Greenfield Mas.1909.Her parents Moses H Knight /Emma L skinner -had several children-he also has #2 wife her sis or a relative unless name got changed-Eveline L.Skinner.My gram -Hattie has Elmer,Herbert, for brothers. There is another sister or relative of grams -she as far as Ive ever heard was in Brattelboro Retreat-Bertha French. Her name is Hattie Belle Frecnh,Styles,slade -mite be mixed up some.Im not sure if she was mar-or what -why she has these names no clue. Im still searching to find connection on these Knight .Mite NOT be one.There was a big huge fight back then of my mom & dad getting hooked .His mom Ethel Knight from Mich-her -dad Peter Knight-Maine,mom

Harriet Proctor/Peter Knight.Harriet was from Northumberland ,Ontario,Canada. Id like to find out whereher parents came from & who they are?I was told Ira RusselP/Harriet Elizabeth Butler-but they had a son=-he had no children.So? I do have Ira dad-Josiah/Susannah chamberline,Josiah/.So not sure if that was all true???This is very hard .Anyone have any ideas??

Cobb married Olive Herrick,her dad LeGrande Herrick of Pawlet Vt. is des-of those Herricks of Salem. Sad story of what took place-so much killing. Im still trying to find connection.We were told different story growing up.
Many lies. However Im NOT geting out of this one.Ur has been helpful.Id like to see if Im able to collect more info from u if possible-on ur Slade side??If you would/could send me names/dates, etc.

Sometime ago,I was on here & ran into Steven Slade from Bondville,vt. Hes my uncles son-Carroll Slade/Maude.
This is what I was asking of you Scott?If there was some sort of connection thru ur line of Slade??It mite be a slimne chance of connection??Id like to give it a shot??I dont have any names to search for.
