Richard Cassidy is the father of William H.Cassidy , born 1819 in Sydney and died on 8th January, 1879 in Wagragobilly, Tumut region, in NSW. The Cassidy family has a strong link to the Tumut, Gundagai, region. The Monaro Pioneers site, descendants of William H Cassidy is a fantastic site for information on this family, although there is no information on Richard Cassidy, and other than his name , I don't have any further information on him. Any information on this gentelman would be greatly appreciated.

Ethel Margaret Attwood, born 1890, Married John Henry Cooper of Molong, NSW, in 1910 at Narromine, Ethel Attwood is my grandmother, she lived with her husband and family in Ourimbah, Gosford , NSW, until her death on 30th June, 1976 in Gosford. Husband John was employed by the State Rails at Ourimbah and they lived in the Railway Cottage for a long time. They lived in the Ourimbah area all their married lives. I havn't been able to confirm Ethel's parents names, although the name Samuel has been mentioned as her possible father. I believe the Attwood family came from around the Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo area's, although the exact location is not known. I am currently researching my family heritage and this line is the only one I am having difficulty with. Any information regarding this family would be greatly appreciated, I am trying to establish if Ethel had siblings, but havn't had any success as yet.
