The Irish 1901 Census went online earlier this month at National Archives of Ireland where you can search free of charge and download digital images of the relevant Census page, the House & Building Return and the Enumerator?s Abstract for the Townland or Street.

I'm researching the LEHANE surname at the moment because of their connections to the MAYOH and DINNER (my ancestors) families.

Wishing to contact any descendants of the Rynne Family who migrated from County Clare, Ireland, in the mid nineteenth century.I am the great grandson of Darby/Jeremiah Rynne, born in 1849, the son of John Rynne and Ellen Fitzpatrick from County Clare. Ireland - perhaps Inagh, Ennistymon or Lisdoonvarna.

If you are a Rynne descendant from this area or have any information on the Rynne family, I would appreciate contact from you.

Darby had an unmarried brother, John, who lived and died in Australia and a sister, Ellen, who married Thomas Bermingham and lived in the Clifton area, Queensland, Australia. It is believed he had another brother, Michael, who migrated to the United States in the 1860's.

MULHOLLAND - William James Mulholland migrated to Australia in 1874 on the ship "Indus". Jim, as he was known, had a brother Joseph and a sister Ada.
