beattie on Family Tree Circles

I have come across a brickwall for my brickmoulder{excuse the pun}GGGrandfather GEORGE CARTER.He married ELIZABETH SWEETT maybe around mid 1850's. Son WILLIAM born 1856??My birth and marriage dates dont match with what I have on WILLIAM'S marraige certificate.
WILLIAM married MARGARET HIGGINS in 1879 on arrival in SYDNEY N.S.W.I have the usual Info on WILLIAM + MARGARET but canott get any further on GEORGE + ELIZABETH. LEICESTERSHIRE and MARKET HARBOURER as place of residence and BRICKMACKER/MOULDER/SETTER are given as occupations of both men.
Any help would be helpful and I also lots of stuff on other family research.Thank you, BEATTIE
