Has any one James Betts bt. 3.3.1782, Lakeham st johns, Norfolk
His father was a James Betts, mother Mary, I have his siblings, but cannot seem to trace his father,. back, or get the right surname for his mother.
Has anyone a William Wood bt.5.4.1801 Sandhurst, in their family.
he was married to Elizabeth Fuller, alias Rolles 27.01.1823 Battle Sussex. I am trying to trace his parents and siblings. He was my 3xgreatgrandfather, and I believe his father may have been a William too.
What happened to Matthew Hook,
My great grandmother Harriett Bodle, married Matthew Hook, in 1856, Battle, Sussex England. They had a son Matthew, b 01.11.1857, but then Matthew senior, seems to have disapeared. Did he emigrate somewhere, did he change his name. I can not find any death here in England for him.Does anyone have any info on him. He was b. 23.01.1825, Sedlescombe, Sussex, England. Father Richard Hook, mother Sarah Sinden.

My great great great great great grand father was a Richard Hook,c 1705, who's wife? was named Ann ?. They had children Charles bt 23.07.1732,and his twin Kath, Richard bt 1732,& twin Joan.Henry bt 13.11.1738 my gggg grandfather.All living Sedlescombe.
I cannot find any marriage for Richard Hook to a Ann, any where around the 1725-1735? Nor can I find out who his parents were, so I wonder if anyone has him in there family also, who can help me with his parents, and siblings please.
