Finding someone during Influenza Outbreak in 1918
My grandmother, Effie Mary Silver, and her brothers, Lenny Silver and Roy Silver had become orphans. They had to go stay in an Orphanage for a few years, in Spartanburg, SC, USA. My grandmother was born Jan.27,1908, so she was 10 years old when both parents had passed away. This was during the Influenza Outbreak in 1918. I am not sure of where,or what I need to be looking for. Please, any help will be greatly appreciated.
Looking for Silver, Lynch, Dellinger and Woody (Last names).
My grandparents on my dad's side, my grandmother was Effie M.Silver, my grandfather was Thomas F.Lynch (Sr.). I am looking for any information I can possibly get.
Also, on my mom's side, my grandmother was Mildred L.Woody, my grandfather was Edward H.Dellinger. I am new to this, so it may take me alittle while to understand how things are suppose to go. I am not even sure if I am doing this correctly. Please, in any information will be helpful. Thank You.
