Any STERLING cousins in Nova Scotia (or other parts of Canada)? Got info.

I have information from a Sterling ancestor (great great great great uncle) who, during the American Revolutionary War - in the area now known as Somerset County, Maryland - then known as Annemessex - defected to the British side and was chased out of the area and became a sea captain for the British and finally settled in New Brunswick in Nova Scotia.

Here's the text from the source that I refer to (Thirty-Four Families of Old Somerset County, Maryland - by Woodrow T Wilson 1974):

" DD17. JOHN or JOHNATHAN STERLING: son of John and Mary (Todd) (DD15), b. 1752, d. 1826. This Jonathan took up arms against the colonies and fought with the British during the Revolutionary War along with some others of this area. He was chased out of Annemessex by agitated neighbors who caught him hiding in the closet; said to have been at Makepeace. Upon being detected he shot one of his would be captors and fled to New York where he joined the British forces and became a Captain and made quite a name for himself. After the war the British awarded him "half pay" and he settled in New Bruswick in Nova Scotia and became a British subject. He never returned to Annemessex. He married Ann Leslie of New York and had nine ch., starting the Sterling clan in Nova Scotia. Ch:
i. John Sterling, b. 1789
ii. Mary Ann Sterling, bapt. 1791
iii. -----Sterling, bapt 1793
iv. Lucy Sterling, bapt. 1796
v. George Sterling
vi. Walter Sterling
vii. Daniel Sterling
viii. Daniel Sterling
ix. Isabel Sterling "

Want to uncover the "Holland" branch of my tree: Laura Holland, in Somerset County, Maryland

Laura Holland is my great great grandmother who lived approximately from the latter part of the 1800's to the first half of the 1900s in the Crisfield area of Somerset County, Maryland - an area then known as Lawsonia. She married my great great grandfather Gary L. Blades, Sr., listed as born 1865, died 1949. Source: Thirty-Four Families of Old Somerset County Maryland, written by Woodrow T. Wilson, published in 1974. No further information is provided about Laura Holland beyond the fact that she was married to Gary L. Blades. I got huge amounts of information on lineages such as Sterling and Lawson, but not Holland. I would much appreciate any help you can provide (i.e. any distant Blades/Holland cousins with info?).
