I am currently looking for information on Sydney (or Sidney) Dore who is or was the son of Arthur Dore and Marie Langdon. Arthur was widowed in 1917 and after a period of time engaged a housekeeper Marie Langdon and eventually married her. Marie already had a son George Langdon from a previous relationship/marriage. I suspect that the marriage to Arthur occurred somewhere around 1920 and Sydney was born between then and approx 1924. The family lived at 68 Mortimer Road, Dalston which is not far from De Bouvier Square. I would be interested to know if he married and if any children issued from such a marriage.
