Berryman is my greatgreat Grampa, I think. He was born in Sevier County, TN on 24 November 1808.

He is the son of Susannah(WHITE)and John HALL

Susannah White was born 18 May 1773 in Know County, TN and died after the 1830 Green County, AL census while living with her son Joseph HALL, near her sons, Berriman, Joshua, and David. Her nephew Joseph lives nearby. She is the daughter of Martha (LUSK) and Joseph WHITE,

John HALL was born 14 October 1766 in Burke County, NC, married Susannah on 11 May 1790, moved to Dickson County, TN about 1800. He died 3 November 1822. His will written 17 May 1822 was probated in Dickson County, where most of his children were.

I am looking for Berryman's wife Margaret. It is possible that she is Margaret McMillan but I doubt that.

Margaret was born 1809, according to her tombstone, in TN. She and Berryman married about 1825. Their first two daughters were younger than five on the 1830 Green county, AL. Margaret died on 26 September 1888, according to a deed transfeer to her daughter Malona(HALL) WILSON.
