daniel davis blocker was born in ky. he married michael reynolds in mo. they had one daughter and michael died at her birth. he then married ruth beeman. they moved to arkansas,poinsett co. his brothers john,timothy,george and possibly more family came with him. he had a son named william leander born in poinsett co arkansas in 1845. he is my connection. daniel davis then moved to texas settling in kaufman. finally he moved to tarrant county he died in 1870 but his place of burial is unknown. i would love any info you mihgt have on him or any of his children. william leander and wife macey had 12 children. my grandfather,robert e lee blocker was one of them. cannot locate who daniel davis blocker's parent were. would appreciate any info. i have the blocker book by jann cunningham but no prior history has been found.my dad was tom wilson blocker born in 1912 in gracemont okla to robert e lee blocker and rosa g shewmake. rosa was one half cherokee indian. additional info is avail upon request.
