This is for the Robertson family tree.
My mother was the only child of Eleanor Steele Polsen and John Frew Robertson.(Dr.) Her mother was Anna Maria Maclatchey as per her death certificate or variations thereof:-Mc and the "h" could be a "k" unreadable on death and marriage certificate of Eleanor Steele. I have found Eleanor Steele marriage death and electoral records but can't find anything for either parent.
Her father Peter Polsen, variously spelt Paulsen Poulsen or etc has been very difficut and I have found nothing. I would like any information about Peter or Anna Maria her parents or Eleanor's brother Robert Steele (chemist who worked in Lawrence NZ in 1904; and/or sisters Anne and Elizabeth.

Eleanor Steele Polsen married Dr John Frew Robertson in 1904 in Dunedin. She is on the list of female Polsen marriages. I am interested in any and all relatives. She is my grandmother. She and her husband moved to Australia and both died here. They had one child, Phyllis Eleanor Robertson.
