Hi does anyone have any connection to the Berwickshire Militia, I would love to find out more about what they did, as my x4 times G.G. Grandfather belonged to this Militia so I am curious to know more about it and what wars they fought in.

Hi I am searching for my ancestors from Ireland Abigail CLARKE who was born in County Galway Ireland and came to Australia on the ship Shackamoxon in 1862 with her sister Jane CLARKE both aged 18years, Abigail married Patrick PIERCE in Richmond in 1882 he was born in County Clare in Ireland and came to Australia on the ship Black Eagle in 1856 with his brothers Micheal and John, I would like to know more about their families in Ireland if possible

I am looking for any ancestors connected to George Pitcher and Sarah Pitcher (Cooke) they came to Austalia from Southwark, London, England, aboard the Ship "Circassia in February, 1853, with their children Sarah Jane aged 10 years, Clara Isabella 8 years, Fanny E. 6 years, George Thomas 5 years and Charles 1year old. They lived in the Collingwood area, and ran a General Business in Wellington Street Collingwood for many years, George was a Baker, and died in 1859, Sarah continued to run the business for many years, she died in Collingwood in 1885 age 71 years.

James was a Miner and was B. 1866 Bendigo, they had a daughter Eva Francis O'Brien B. 1888 she married James Perryman James in the Sacred Heart Cathederal Bendigo. I am researching my family history and the Redpath family from Scotland. Alexander Redpath, Ridpath, He was in the Berwickshire Militia, and married Jean McBain on 30 August 1805, in Endinburgh, her father was Jas. McBain who was a gardener at Stobo Castle, Alexander and Jean had four children, Mary Born 1806 Inveresk, William Born 1809 Edinburgh, next child ????? then Brydone or Braden born 1817 Coldstream, Scotland. If anyone has information on this family please contact me as they were my x4 Grandparents.

I am searching for Mallett Family Robert Edward and his wife Elizabeth BARNES married in London England 1832, she was born 1810 in Brixham Devonshire, England. they came to Victoria and she died at Carlton 23 march 1869 They had a son Charles Henry Mallett who married Clara Isabella Pitcher in 1865 they lived in the Collingwood Fitzroy suburbs of Melbourne. I hope thatsomeone may know them.

I am searching for information on the above family, and their children when they lived in Kyneton, James was a Miner and owned and occupied a house and garden in 1863, 1866 he is listed as a Quarryman and of Yaldwin Street Kyneton, 1871 James Charles Owner of cottage Yaldwin Street Kyneton. Also any information on the Tatterson family, Ann's parents were Edwin Tatterson and Sarah Tatterson (Whitehead)would be appreciated.
