Looking for Decedents of Alex (Alexander) Lane dob 1805 circa. An emancipated slave from Mississippi, Alex and family dropped their masters name and and became Lanes. Alex brought a farm and settled in Marshall Richmond Virginia 1870and started a new family with Victoria Duckett-Lane (My lineage.) I'm looking for any family members (Older Children) who left the plantation with him. Alex was the master's son Bodyguard.
