Ann MEAKER, 1771-6 Sep 1848, daughter of Edward MEAKER/Elizabeth LOVIBOND, married John HUCKER on 4 Jun 1798.
Anne MEAKER is very sketchy. She may have been born in High Ham in 1763, daughter of William MEAKER/Anne DOBIN. She married William JENKINS on 26 Apr 1787 in Othery, Somerset, UK.
If anyone has any information about either Meaker, particularly Anne, I would be most interested to hear from you.
Richard ARNOLD married Hannah WILLY on 1 Jan 1729 in the village of High Ham. I know nothing of Richard ARNOLD other than his wedding date. I think Hannah may have been the illegitimate daughter of Joanna WILLY of High Ham. Children I have found for this couple inlude: Elizabeth, 27 Oct 1730, High Ham, Mary, 15 May 1733, High Ham, (my ancestor) Thomas, 3 Aug 1735, High Ham, Hannah, 3 Dec 1738, High Ham, 31 Jul 1741, High Ham. I have been told there was a son John but I have found nothing of him. I fervently hope someone can add to my knowledge of this family.
Joseph INMAN married Mary STREET in Spaxton, Somerset, UK on 6 Jun 1745. Marry was buried 20 Feb 1795 in Spaxton. Joseph was buried 27 Feb 1805 in Spaxton. I know nothing of Joseph/Mary's parents, date/place of birth. Children I have found for this couple include: Robert, 2 Apr 1746, John, 8 Feb 1748-26 Jan 1785, (my ancestor) James, 23 Sep 1749, William, 29 Apr 1751, Charles, 9 Mar 1753, George, 7 Feb 1755-28 Aug 1784, Edmund, 31 Dec 1756, Mary, 4 Oct 1758-27 Jun 1810, Henry, 4 Oct 1760-18 Jan 1825. John is buried in the village of Cannington, Edmund and Henry are buried in Spaxton. Mary, who first married Thomas WATERMAN of Spaxton, was widowed within a year or two of her marriage and then married Thomas RICH of Nether Stowey where she is buried. With so many sons, it's hard for me to believe there are no INMAN descendants. I'm waiting to hear from you wherever you are.

Who was Susannah POUNSFORD? My 4 x great-grandmother. I don't know her date or place of birth or her parents. On 10 Apr 1774, she married Thomas HUCKER in Middlezoy, Somerset, UK. I find no children for this couple until 1780 but also I find no evidence that Thomas was away from home for any reason. Susannah was buried 29 Oct 1830 in Middlezoy. If anyone can enlighten me about the POUNSFORD family, I will forever be in your debt.
