Hi my name is Ilka Walters, I am looking for any one who may be related by to my grand father Dudley J Walters, born in Jamaica, I know he had a daughter but later he married Isadora Costa and relocated to Panama to a place called La Represa and later had 3 children, 2 girls and a son, which is my father Leon Walters . my grand mother passed in Panama, long story short, at the age of 90 my grand father relocated to San Francisco Ca. USA. where he lived for a while,later he died at the age of 93.
