Hi I am looking for information on three sisters who emigrated to Sydney Australia on the 15 December 1851 on the ship St. Vincent . Their names are Mary, Ellen and Bridget Balkin they were from Kilkenny Ireland and how the are related to the Bergin family of Kilkenny Ireland . The reason is that a great Aunt Bridget Bergin of mine clamed that when she arrived in Sydney on the 21 September 1853 that they were cousins and were from Kilkenny Ireland. I think the name was Jewish I am not shure but I cant find the name in any research that I have done on my Bergin family tree to this day. The information about the Balkin sisters and my great grand aunt Bridget was email to me by the National Library of Australia. Can any help Patrica
