My grandmother Alice McGinty and her sister Mary Ann were born in Clifton NI NZ between 1870 and 1874; have birth cert for Mary Ann (1872)but can't find one for Alice. Mother's name Sarah, father John. Baptism records could help.Any suggestions welcome.
Mothers maiden name was Webb, but married name Larcombe before becoming McGinty. There is a possibility the birth was not registered, but I do not know where to look for baptismal records - probably some Church of England church near Clifton.
John Heneghan went on convict ship Edward to Aust in 1831 (ex Co Mayo) found in New Zealand from 1850's - Need mge cert to Margaret Kelly - either Eire Aust or NZ Can anyone help pl
Oldest daughter Mary Ann (Hannahan on mge cert to Francisco de Freitas) said to be born in Dublin in 1848 - others born in Australia and NZ, One child registered under Heneghan others Heenan.
I am looking for Mary Heenan, the daughter of John Heenan (or Heneghan) and Margaret Kelly, she was possibly born in Australia 1848/9. She was the eldest daughter - I have been able to trace all the rest of her brothers and sister - but can find no trace of Mary.
I am also trying to find when the came to NZ - they settled on the West Coast of NZ. If there are any other Heenan family researchers out there I would love to hear from you. One of their children (Martin) was registered under the name Heneghan so Mary could be registered under either name.
Trying to establish how John and Margaret Heenan got to Australia probably with 2 children about 1862 then on what ship they came to NZ on between 1863 and 1866 with 4 children. Not sure if they came to Australia ex Ireland or UK or whether they were in
America. Any information on their travels or anything at all gratefully received

Alice Jane McGinity shown date of birth 21 June 1870 in family bible. No other info shown. Her mother was Sarah Larcombe née Webb who married John McGinty in 1872 previous husband disapeared in 1869 the youngest child from that marriage being born in that year. Originally it was thought she was born in Dunganville on the West Coast of New Zealand but her marriage certificate (Alice) shows Clifton N I. There is another sister Mary Ann McGinty born 1872 that I can find registered, but nothing for Alice. Any help to find her birth or baptism would be gratefully received.
