Looking for Clara Hannah (Hutton) (Hurley) Park

I am looking for the name of the ship that CLARA HANNAH HUTTON boarded in NEW ZEALAND and went to VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA in 1872. Clara then returned to New Zealand with a baby girl named Beatrice Lucy Jane Park, naming the father as Robert Stewart Park, ( my great great uncle and son of Gavin McIntyre Park and Grace Jane Stobie Park).

Matthew Park

In Ancestry.com and on the Bosman/Sleith Family Tree there a mention of Matthew Park's death in 1899, age 99. Could someone please advise me how you found this information and is it correct. Perhaps someone could provide further information on his death records and where is he buried.

From searching the 1841 England census he is listed as being alive, but Matthew does not appear in the 1851 or there after. He was born 16 Aug. 1800 in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. He was the father of my great great great grandfather Gavin McIntyre Park. Gavin came to New Zealand in 1848 and some other members of the family also came over. Matthew's wife Elizabeth (which is Gavin's mother) also arrived in this country without her husband.

I really would appreciate any information that people may have.

Many thanks

Park Family

I wish to put the record straight concerning William James Park and Annie Jane Park. These two are children of William Park born in Inverness, Scotland and Jane Garvan Park born in Palmerston North, New Zealand. I have obtained birth certificates to confirm this. Therefore, they are not the children of William Park born in Dunedin, New Zealand and Jane Tory Park born in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, England. Jane Tory came to New Zealand with her parents Thomas and Emma Tory in 1875.

I trust this will enable you to correct your records.

Thank You

Regards
Jocelyn Le Noel
Great Great Granddaughter of William Park born in Dunedin.
