I have found so far James Begley born abt 1781 Ireland married Mary McGinnis (this I haven't been able to prove since I cannot find marriage cert??) I can only find 1 son John Begley(Begly) is how they spealt it. born abt 1810 Donegal Ireland immigrated to Scotland and Married Isabella McArthur Dec 1836 Neilston Renfrew Scotland, in the 1841 scottish census they were living on Mcalpine St in Lanarkshire(Glasgow) and they had 4 sons James Alexander(my 2nd greatgrandfather)apparently James and Alex were twins? John and Archibald and John's father James was residing with them. John apparently died in 1855 due to a fall and a compound facture?? and is buried in the Dalbeth Cemetery in Scotland. John and Alexander immigrated to Canada they showed up in the 1871 canadian federal census. John married Ann Liddle/Liddell and resided in Toronto, Alexander married Annie Faustman and they resided in Hamilton Ontairo for a while they had a few children while living there then they moved to Toronto and resided on Quebec Ave Toronto Ontairo, Alex died before 1900 and is buried at ParkLawn Cemetery in Toronto. Now Archibald died with in the same year as his mother in 1869 a few months apart. Now James is my missing link??
