Looking for information on David Hurt,born in 1835 in Indiana,his father was born in Virginia. David had a son by the name of Thomas Jefferson Hurtt who was born in Iowa in 1876 and died in 1941. David married a Rebecca Williams and lived in Iowa. In census records Thomas name was Hurtt which he passed on to his children.
