Khurrum Shahzad Noor was born on 22 July 1964 to Mrs Sitara Noor and Mr Nooruddin Ahmad at a small town called Nagina in Western Uttar Pradesh. He studied at Nagina,Bijnor,Lucknow and Wellington.
