My Father Andrew Reeder (1913-1991)was a merchant seaman on the Atlantic Convoys, does anyone have any knowledge of where & what he did? All i know is he was paid extra as he was the ships gunner.

My Father Andrew Reeder was born in South Shields in the North of England in 1913 he married in 1969 to Rositta Florina Ceciliot in Wandsworth London. Unfortunately they're both deceased in 1991 & 2002 respectfully.They lived at McCall close in Lambeth. Maybe just maybe someone knew them.

I'm looking for information about Richard Reeder who immigrated to the States he is on the 1870 Census as a 19 year old farm labourer (England) for the Cosby family in New York. Thats all i have on him apart from his birth in 1849 in Bethnal Green London.

He's my Great Great Uncle, one of 4 sons to Wm Henry Reeder & Ann Reeder. The others are Edmund, John Thomas & my Great Grand Father William Henry Reeder.
