Thomas KIRKLAND was born 3 Oct. 1876 in Pa. The son of Robert John KIRKLAND and Isabelle MILLER. He married Pemulla "Mel" DAUGHERTY on 6 April 1896. He died 27 Feb. 1912 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
They had 3 children: Helena & Florence died young and my grandfather John Robert b. 28 May 1900.
Robert & Isabelle had the following children:
Adda b. 1868
Allen b. 1872
James Eden b. 1873 d. 1909
Charles b. 1883 d. 1957

Thomas died when my grandfather was 12. Florence had died as a baby and Helena died just 3 weeks before. For some reason my grandfather was placed in a childrens home where he lived for the next 4 years. Thomas lived in the Hyde Park and Tarentum area of Pennsylvania. I would like to know more about his life and family.
