I am searching for my father Richard Don Coleaus. I have been searching for about 25 years and have never found anyone with this surname. Does anyone know of anyne with this last name?

There is a Tennessee Lynn that made an application for the Dawes Roll in 1896. Could this be my great grandmother? Is there anyone that can go to Muskogee, Oklahoma and actually look at the Application Packet to get info. I would be happy to pay for time, copies, etc. Her packet is #87.
