Lock (e) DNA Project-England to VA to Tennessee

Having researched my US Lock(e) back to 1776 in VA, we had several participants - male Lock's also spelled with an "e" at the end and have been fortunate to find direct links. Finding the common ancestor is the issue. Don Locke is the leader of the Lock(e) DNA project and we are always looking for other male Lock(e)'s to particpate.

One of our DNA matches comes from Wyverswtone England with his earliest research being in the 1800's. My Lock(e) ancestor was born in Virginia around 1776 later settling in TN. The common trait of this group of Lock's are the biblical names used over and over for their sons; Noah, Jacob, John, William, Joseph, etc.

Please contact me via this link or email at rksass@tampabay.rr.com if you are also interested in helping solve some of these missing links. We really need a Virginia and England Lock researcher who has access to records to help.
