Looking for any information on Michael Mc Dermott born @ 1816, Woodford, Galway. Arrived as bounty migrant 1839 Port Phillip. married Honora Staunton and had 2 children. Believed to have returned to Ireland possibly via San Antonio Chile. 2nd marriage to Ann Mulvihill in Cincinnati Ohio 1849. Returned to Australia early 1850's settled in Ballarat. Occupation carpenter and Hotel keeper. Died Ballarat 1873.
