My ancestor was Lizzie BRYANT, but unfortunately I know very little about her. Census records say she was born in England (one says New Jersey).
I know that they were in Illinois for a time and she may have married there, but her daughter, Elizabeth Sear/Sears, was born to Lizzie and William Sears/Sears in Hartford, Connecticut, 1866.
