I was told that my greatgrandparents changed the spelling of their last name (Nisbet)when they came to the United States. I'm not sure of the spelling, but I know it was changed because of , well, questionable characters in the family. I would really like to find out who they were. I do know that my grandfathers name was Albert Nisbet, married to Rosa May Pittelko. They had 2 children, Dorothy and my dad Garland A.(Dad was born in 1920 and is deceased) My mothers name was Martha Lee (Delph), born Feb. 6, 1922. My mom's family is also very complicated. She was raised by her aunt and uncle. I'm still having difficulty finding any info on her real parents. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
