My husband & I share Roser g grandparents, our disabled

daughter passed away in Mar. due to undiagnosed neurodegenerative condition, she was a research project, they recently discovered she was the only one in Australia and one of four WORLDWIDE with the same genetic mutation. Family researchers have traced our Roser family back to Sussex 1600's, the Research Geneticist want's to know if we have any scandinavian/european ancestry mixed in with our existing welsh/scot/english ancestry? As name Roser has Welsh & German origins, question how can I go back from 1600's to link family to Europe is it possible or do records not exist? I realise with invasion/conquering of UK from Europeans there would be lineage links but would like to establish definite path if possible any guidance would be very very much appreciated. Geneticist is writing up this unique condition for publication to scientific community, he told me today one other sufferer is in Netherlands. Prefer any replies to email gsmickel@bigpond.net.au please as unable to check site regularly. Thank you Sharon (shasimaus)

Evans family from Llangynog Wales

Robert Evans married Sinah ????; the children of this marriage were:
David Evan Evans ch. 16 Dec 1813 Llangynog Wales
Jane Evans ch. 11 Feb 1816 "
John Evans ch. 15 Aug 1819 "
Anne Evans ch. 27 Jan 1822 "
Morris Evans ch. 07 Dec 1823 "
Sinah Evans ch. 28 May 1826 "
Thomas Evans ch. 14 Sep 1828 "

My line is through John Evans, he enlisted in the Army - 96th Manchester Regiment of Foot in Danadby (??) on Aug 12 1839, then served in the 11th Regiment.
Enlisted in the Mounted Police Sept 1 1840, his rank Mounted Trooper, it is believed he arrived in Australia on board either the "Egyptian" Dec 17 1840 or the "Asia" to Van Dieman's Land Aug 1841.
He was discharged December 1849 from the Army due to reduction in Troopers in Sydney. He married Charlotte Grimes Apr 4 1845 at Scotts Church Pitt St. Sydney. Her parents Edward Grimes (soldier Royal Veterans) and Mary Millen/McMullen, Charlotte was born at sea en route to Australia c 1826/27.
Following John's time in the Army and Mounted Police he enlisted in the Police Force in 1857, age 42, but was dismissed from duty following a charge of gross neglect of duty, allowing prisoners under sentence to escape. The incident occurred on the Western Road Patrol while John held the rank of Corporal,he worked out of Little Hartley Court House. John retired from the Police in Nov. 1864.

I am trying to find info regarding his parents esp. Sinah's last name; Robert's occupation and heritage.
