My name is Paul Willis and I was born and brought up in the village of Hawkhurst in the county of Kent, England. My parents were both brought up in Dover, in East Kent , as were both sets of grandparents. In fact, as I trace back my family history I discover that most of my ancestors hail from East Kent, although two strands on my father's side originated from South Devon.
