Im hoping someone out there might be able to assist me, Ive had no luck from family being able to give me any more details. All I know is that my fathers father James Reid was born in Lochwinnoch on 16th October 1918, His mothers name was Clara unsure of her maiden name. Around 1924-26 Clara bought my grandfather James Reid and His siblings Clare, George and Betty to Australia. Ive heard stories there was another brother scott?? My father thinks he may of been a half brother but no one knows of any details.

To this day no one knows what happened to my great grandfather even the name of him, my questions are did he die in scotland, did they seperate? back in those days no one asked questions.

My grandfather fought in World War II I have his enlistment details hoping someone might know of him as in long lost family in scotland or someone he knew in Australia.
