Henry Long and Catherine Eva Long

I have hit a couple brick walls in my ancestral search. Henry Long, (my 5th gr-grandfather) was married Fannie Houser about 1793. I know he was from around York,Pennsylvania, but I cannot find his parents, etc. I know there are a lot of Long lines originated from up there. I keep thinking if I look hard enough, I will find what I am seeking. Henry and Fannie moved from PA around 1796 to Lincoln County, North Carolina where her father (Peter Houser, Sr.) had moved the year before. Around 1806 Henry and Fannie moved to Tennessee and lived for a while in Knox County, eventually settling in Blount County. This search for his parentage has been truly frustrating.
The second roadblock has been the pedigree of Catherine Eva Long. She was married to Isaac Russell Murr (my third gr-grandfather) on either December 3 or 30, 1847 in Blount County, Tennessee. I know the Murr and Long families intertwine quite a bit, so the answer should not be that hard to discover. I cannot find her date of birth, her grave, etc. I suspect the information I am searching for is buried in a family Bible out there somewhere. Surely, SOMEONE holds the coveted data!
PLEASE HELP ME IN MY QUEST!
