Looking for Gosa of Alabama and Mississippi

James Pickney GOSA, was the father of James Vanderbilt GOSA, John T. GOSA, and Mary Elizabeth (Liza) Gosa. John was my g grandfather. I don't know who his wife was. She died during childbirth. Mittie Lee was that child. John gave Mittie to an older couple to raise, because hhad crops in the fields. As Mittie Lee grew up in Itawamba Co., Ms. she met Wm. Napoleon Griffith. Napoleons' mother lived with them when they married. They soon had Eula and later on Mittie got pregant again. Napoleons' mother liked to beat on Mittie. She took all she could and she left him. She went to the couple that raised her. She stayed with them till she gave birth to my mother. She met and fell in love with a Clyde Edgil and they marrid. She left my mom with them to raise. As my mom grew up and got married the ladys' husband died and mom got maried and she moved in with them. She passed away while we were living, in Becker, Ms., with us. Her name was Florence Miles. Ihave since lost my dad, mother, and three brothers, I would love to find out my g grandmothers name and family. John GOSA was put in the County Home later down the road, in Aberdeen, Monroe Co., Ms. He had lived for a while with his sistr Mary Elizabeth (Liza) Miller. Aunt Liza married again after having chilren by Frank and himpassing away, to a Mr. John Russell. I can remember some of Aunt Lizas' children and now I know some of the grandkids.I don't know where John is buried. Now I'm on the trail of where the rest are buried. I know that J. Vanderbilt GOSA is buried in the old New Hope Cem.in Hatley, Ms. Some in the Greenbriar cem, in Becker, Ms. If you can help me, please do. Thank you, Julia Martin-Welch
