I am looking for information on my Great grandparents. Great Grandfather name George Weiss (born 1818)Great grandmother name was Catherine (Kate, Kathrine) Bessemer born 1828.
One was born in Baden-Baden and the other was Darmstadt but I don't know which is which. I believe they were married in 1850. Both died in 1903 Bronx, NY
Sanwald/Dipple
I have been trying to create a tree for my wife. I am looking for Information for Louis Sanwald and Dipple families prior to 1820. Louis' first wife was Katherine Stephens and his second wife was Elizabeth Dipple. Her first husband was Nicholas and her median name was Magdelene. I have all the recent information for both families including the inter-relations between the two families. I am also looking for information for Kenneth L Pleuss who was born and adopted in 193o or 1938.
George Weiss
I am looking for information on George Weiss (born Germany) born 1818 and died 1903 (Bronx, NY). I have been able to get all the information for his children and their family trees. I am trying to find information on his German heritage. I am not sure some of my older relatives said the last name was Von Weisleiben (I am not sure of the spelling) before immigrating to the US.
