Stokesay Castle Gatehouse
My Great Grandmother STEAD was born at the Gatehouse of Stokesay Castle. Her Father was the gate keeper for the castle and the gate house was where the BEGGS family lived. I found this information on the back of a real photograph post card, of Stokesay Castle Gatehouse From The Keep CC369Walter Scott.
My Guess is my great grandmother STEAD was born late 1880's - early 1900's.
If anyone can give me more information that would be great.
Looking for KENNILS of Scotland
Vivienne KENNILS is the daughter of Donald Rive - who is the cousin of James STEAD.
James' daughter Elizabeth, wrote many letters to Vivienne. The last letter Elizabeth recived was when Vivienne lived in Speke, Liverpool (1992). Vivienne left this address and moved to Scotland. Elizabeth has not heard from her.

My Grandad, James (Jimmy) William STEAD, was born in Aigburth, Liverpool. He has 4 siblings.
He has a twin brother Frank. The eldest was Eric, he married and had Peter and Susan.
Sister called Mabel, married and had two daughters, Lynne and Gail
Younger brother called George, married and had twin boys,and another two children
Frank, married had Michael, Kevin and Judith
My grandfathers siblings are as far as I know still in Liverpool,England.
My Grandma, Teresa (nee: McIver) (was born Scotland Road, Liverpool) and grandad had 5 children.
Maureen, Gregory(Greg), Philip(Phil), Elizabeth(Liz), Joan.
