I am from north Louisiana to which my ancestors migrated from Virginia (Wade), Martin Co., N.C. (Bennett)by way of Ky. and Tenn. I think the Abbott great great grandmother was from Perry Co., Ala. I am also interested in the George family (Richard George and descendants who came to La. by way of Perry Co., Ala.) I would like to find my great-great grandmother who was Elizabeth M. Wade of Ky., thought to be Fulton Co. Geneaology has been a long time interest but I also love gardening and reading.
