I am actively researching the all the branches of my ancestry. Some of the branches like the Niesche and Timm are recent emigrants. That is to say, the latter half of the 1800s. Others, the Mayes, Bottom and Huff came over earlier and I have no indication when. I collect as much documentation as possible to connect and verify connections. I have many pictures of the 20th century Mayes, Thompson and Bottom families. I like to share information.
