I am a descendant of second daughter Karen who at some stage changed her name to Carey Ann. She married in Timaru to Edward Newton. My mothers grandparents.

I am looking for family connection with My great grandmother Carey Ann Newton. She immigrated with her parents Albert and Ann Wilkes and other siblings from Warwickshire on the " Peeress" in 1874. I know she was 19rs when she married 24 July 1883. Reg. Office Timaru to Edward Henry Newton. I know my line from there down but would like to find out more about her parents and siblings.

Searching for family of Charles Newton born 1867 Christchurch, NZ. Parents are Edward Prebble Newton & Sarah nee Fittall from Deal Kent England. Arrived Lyttleton On "The Mystery" in 1859. Trying to fill in gaps in my Newton family tree.
