Spumante on Family Tree Circles

I'm searching both names, because I was told that our name in Italy was Ciampitti, but was changed to Campetti when my grandparents came to the US. I'm not sure if that is true or not, but figured if I research both names, I'll be able to figure out whether this name altering took place or not.
