I am trying to locate the Mother of Frances Hart b1797 possibly Middlesex. Her Father was Charles Hart and I have been told her Mother was Caroline, possibly Rothschild but I have not been able to find any confirmation.
Frances Hart married William Higgins at Finsbury, St Lukes, Old Street, London, UK on 6 June 1824.
Any assistance in finding Frances's Mother would really be appreciated.
