Hello reader, I hope you are having a great day. I am trying to find my mothers birth mother. Her last name was Watters and she was an unwed mother. She bore a daughter in Oct. 16 1967, in San Fransisco UCSF that she named Shelby. Shelby later became Linda Mowery upon being adopted by my grandparents in May of 1969. The absent fathers last name was Harrison. Miss Watters was said to join the navy shortly after reluctantly placing her daughter for adoption. She then was said to visit the foster home frequently while in the service. That's all I know. Time is very much of the essence in this matter.
