My name is Ella A (Elliott) Dibbles, My mothers name is Ella M (Elliott) Pierce, I am looking bfor my father ,James F Higgins,born in Spril of 1936 or 37, in Cleveland ,Ohio ,He severrd on the USS Wasp on or about 1956 or 57? I would like to know if I have any brothers or sisters, I have a brother as well,If any one looking at this I would really like to know.It is hard not knowing your father,I was born on October 30, 1958.please if anyone can help me I would appreciated it,
