Where can I find French genealogical data related to family coats of arms found in the French Armorials?

...specifically Bernard de Sassenay & Bernard de Bauves?

My Bernard family were French Huguenots in London, England.
I have a copy of a coat of arms which appears to be related to the Bernard de Sassenay coat of arms.

Veal family crest

I have a sketch of a 'Veal Crest' from my grandmother Nora Veal, daughter of George Veal. It resembles a sheaf of wheat. So far I have only been able to find a similar crest associated with a Henry James Veal, Esquire, J.P.
I think this Henry James Veal was the mayor of Grimsby in 1877-88 but so far no link to my Veal family.
Does anyone know about such a crest?
Thank you.

Bernards in Canada

My grandfather John Edward Courtenay BERNARD b 1875 Buckhurst Hill, Essex, England married Nora VEAL b 1888 Fulham, London, England. I have not been able to find evidence of their marriage in England or Canada.

They came to Canada about 1910 (Courtenay first in 1906).

Nora was on the SS Bonnigton in B.C. in 1913 - probably out of Arrowhead, B.C.

They farmed in Teulon, Manitoba c 1916 - moved to Winnipeg c 1918-19 and to Senneville, Quebec in 1922.

Courtenay died in 1942, Nora in 1969.
