My grandfather Ross Grabial Harris born Oct 22, 1883 in Boone County died Aug 30, 1951 in Hackberry, Louisiana. Ross was married to Mary Ellen Wheeler b May 8, 1893 and died May 17, 1974 in Hackberry, Louisiana. They were married 9/11/1908 in Sherman, Texas. Mary was Ross' 2nd or 3rd wife. They had the following children: Johnnie Grabial (my dad), Mary Lorene, Dollie Louise, Rossie Clyde, June Mae, and Josephine Elizabeth.

Ross was the son of Pinkney (but I am beginning to believe that Pinkney was not his first name) Harris b Jan 29, 1843, Edgefield, SC (?) and died Jan 14, 1915 in SC (?). He was married to Mary M Wiggins b abt 1850 in Missouri and died after 1920.

Ross had the following siblings: Emma and Marcus (?)
