I have discovered very recently that my fathers mother was a Belbin!!
Who turned out to be Alice Ethel Belbin of Sugden Road Battersea-married William Ernest Wilson..Have traced a major chunk of my ancestory through Belbin records, and its amazing.The strangest thing is discovering that alot of my ancestors are from the area I am now living at!!! Upper Norwood, Lower Sydenham, and Beckenham..and one who actually lives on the same road !!Harrington Road..Acacia Road..
Kent House Road...Trinity Street..FANTASTIC.
