Mainly researching Cooper and Hyde sides of my family tree. Coopers arrived in Australi from Surrey, England in around 1835. Joseph (a minister) and his wife Elizabeth, with four children, Joshua, Ellen, Theophilus and Joseph.
My Hyde side - John Hyde arrived in Australia some time around 1840-1850 from Gloucestershire. Spent most of his life in Australia at Sofala in the gold fields, then running pubs in the area.
