Osbornes of Bham - particularly Castle Bromwich - any areas in Bham
Taylor Bham
any Taylor from Bham - my grt grandfather was George Taylor born c1874 who married Jessie James - her maiden name was Jackson but she gave her first married name James as her maiden name - she married George James first (3 children)then married George Taylor 4 children - The Yardley area of Bham was where he was living - lived in Lilly Road during the 1900s - died in 1922 - was a Police constable - only 48 years when he died and his buried in Yardley Bham with his wife Jessie - Their daugther Mabel Taylor who married an Henry John Charman in 1933 at Yardley old church in Bham is buried at St Marys in Acocks Grenn - her Husband is buried at Yardley on the garden of rest - he died in 1990 - their daughter Brenda Mabel Charman born 1933 married Horace Randell in 1962 at Bham reg office.
Longman
came form Bristol/somerset ares and moved to Bham - particularly Aston in the mid 1800s
Duchesne
Duchesne is on my mother side - her father Henry John Charman had a mother Martha - it is belived she came from the Duchesne line and the family originated from Middlesex - her daughter enned up living around the Marylebone area of London later moving in Bham and settling in Rednal Bham - Martha married a James Charman in Marylebone but they both moved to Bham belived about 1911 and both died within months of eachother in 1948 in Rednal Bham.
Collins
one of my ancestors married a Collins it is believed - Nellie Randell born 1892 in Sheffield married a Collins - note all of her sibblings were born in Bham - her father was William T Randell born c1853 - he was born i n Ason Bham - her mother was Louisa formally Howell born c1862 - They are both seen in 1901 census with children.

Thomas Rendall born c1749 Somerset ?
Note Thomas Randall 1822 - his surname was spelt like this in St Andrews parish records - the other children were spelt various - it is believed the name derived from Rendall - as there is a marriage for Thomas Rendall and Martha Parker in 1780 - it appears that when Thomas 1822 moved up to Birmingham with his wife Jane (nee Longman) the a and the e reversed places as we have allways spelt the name Randell.Thomas and Jane Longman married in Birmingham in 1848 and according to research the following children have been found

Alcester 1850 died young
William 1853 had children Elizabeth 1884 Alfred 1889,Walter after 1901,Lilly after 1901,Nellie 1892,Annie 1891 (some decendents live in Tamworth)
Frederick 1855 died 1891 had 3 children Frederick Arthur Believe to have died young) Bertie born c1885 (death found aged 63 in 1948) to get death cert looks right
Thomas 1858 married Emma/Emilly Howell who died young then Charlotte Benbow,first marriage Florence (died young)Lillian Maud 1882, Gertrude 1886 2nd marriage children = Lavinia Annie 1890 (died 1892) Thomas Benbow 1891 (died 1892) Elsie 1892(believed to have married an Ernest Wotton),May 1894 Samuel 1896 (died ww1),Frederick 1898 married Amy Elizabeth Osborne in 1925 had 18 children(6 died young)
John c1858 (posibilly moved too Wolverhapton more reseach needed)
Alcester 1860 married James Scott(no children found up too 1901 may have lost some but to look in 1911 census when due.
Thomas Randell 1858 is my grt grandfather and worked as a Gunsmith in Birmingham - he died in 1923 aged 65 years.
