Based on research, he was born in Mississippi in 1850 and died in Arkansas in 1927. On a 1900 Census, it says his father was from Ireland, but there's virtually no other information on his parents. I have no names and can only guess that his father changed their last name from "O'Kelley" to "Kelley" when he immigrated to America, like many of them did. I'm at a loss. Is anyone else stemming from this line? Or does anyone have any more information?
