Hi all -

Long story short - several years ago while doing research for my family someone forwarded to me an old photo of a little girl named Edith. Sadly, she was not 'my' Edith. Eventually, I was able to find her 'real' family and sent the photo on.

I now try to do the same for other people researching.

I came across an old photo (small) of a lovely young woman, beautifully groomed and dressed, the back of the photo says 'Carlie Woodman, my name sake.

Printed on the back is the name of the photographer and the town of Watertown, NY

I came across a small photo of a little baby boy with the inscription on the back 'James Carroll Ross Abernathy July 27, 1897 under the trees in Aunt Emmeline's yard'.
